Phycosaccharide

A polysaccharide obtained from a brown seaweed. It optimizes the activation of the epidermal stem cells, and therefore their division. A polysaccharide produced by controlled enzymatic depolymerization with a marine enzyme of membrane polysaccharides obtained from a brown seaweed. This phycosaccharide optimizes the action of EGF (Endothelial Growth Factor) when it binds to its receptor on the surface of adult epidermal stem cells. By optimizing the binding of EGF to its receptor, it optimizes the activation of the epidermal stem cells by EGF, and therefore their division. Because of its low degree of polymerization, it may precisely target epidermal micro depressions and stimulate the rebuilding of the skin in-situ to smooth out wrinkles at their origin. In vitro tests: Visualization of the effect of Phycosaccharide on the division capacity of adult epidermal stem cells. Cumulative effect of Phycosaccharide on the division of epidermal stem cells. Study of the reepithelialization of the skin in the presence of Phycosaccharide. Conclusion: During skin ageing, the formation of wrinkles involves the same process as during an injury. Phycosaccharide may therefore be used to stimulate the activity of epidermal stem cells and their role in the reconstruction of the epidermal matrix. Once the skin has been reconstructed, wrinkles are filled in and smoothed out.

Laminaria Digitata Seaweed Extract

Brown seaweed is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Acting as a cell protection and plays an important role to inhibit skin ageing induced by polychromatic sunrays and the amplification of the inflammatory reaction. Its anti-bacterial properties make it an ideal ingredient for fighting from acne as well.    

Glycerin

This excellent hydrating agent of vegetable origin contributes to the preservation of the balance hydrous of the skin, making skin smoother and suppler. It prevents skin dryness and helps maintain the skin’s water balance on an intercellular level. Making skin immediate moisturizing, and leaving skin soft and supple.

Squalane

It is a natural emollient, which cares and softens the skin. It is also used for its astringent quality, as well as the fact that it helps to prevent skin fragility and perks up skin tone.

Sodium Hyaluronate

Sodium Hyaluronate contains Constituent of NMF (Natural Moisturizing factor), permits to limit the trans-epidemical loss of water. It helps the skin stay plump and moisturizes skin from the inside out, smoothes wrinkles in the process. Hyaluronic acid can effectively prevent aging, drying of the skin and contributes significantly to enhance the moisture level and elasticity.
